Purchases
What's free and what costs money?
The first season and the training ground are free. Full career is a one-time purchase that unlocks every season until you're 33, all 8 countries, the national team and Europe. There are no ads and no subscription.
I bought the game on another iPhone
Open the shop in the game and tap Restore purchases. The purchase follows your Apple Account, so make sure you're signed in with the same one.
Can my family use my purchase?
Yes. Full career works with Apple's Family Sharing.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game
Where is my career saved?
Only on your phone. There's no account and no server. If you delete the app, your career goes with it, but a purchased Full career can always be restored.
Reminders
The game can remind you about the next week of your career, but only if you say yes. You'll get at most one reminder a day, and never at night. Turn them off in the game or under Settings → Notifications → Jumpers on your iPhone.
Languages
Jumpers is available in English, Danish, German, Spanish, French and Italian, and normally follows your phone's language.
