In short: Jumpers has no account, no ads and no tracking. Your career is saved on your phone and sent nowhere.

Who is behind it

Jumpers is made by Nygaard Digital (Daniel Høeg Nygaard), CVR 34968861, Denmark. Questions about your data: hello@nygaarddigital.com.

The app

  • No account. You don't sign up, log in or give your name or email.
  • Your career stays on your phone. Your player's name, progress, records and settings are stored only locally in the app. The app doesn't send them to me or anyone else.
  • No ads, no analytics, no tracking. The app contains no advertising or analytics tools and doesn't track you across apps or websites.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple. When you buy Full career, Apple takes the payment. I receive no payment details. The app only asks Apple whether the purchase went through, so the whole career can be unlocked.
  • Reminders are optional. If you say yes, the app schedules a local reminder on your phone. It isn't sent via a server.
  • Sharing happens only when you tap. If you choose to share an image, such as a newspaper front page, your iPhone's own share sheet opens and you decide where it goes.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party services. Pages are served from my own server at Hetzner in Helsinki, Finland (EU). Like every website, the server records technical information when you visit: IP address, time, the page requested, the status code and your browser's user agent. It's used only to deliver the site and protect it against abuse, and it's deleted automatically after 14 days. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Children

Jumpers collects no personal data about anyone, including children.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete data about you. Since the app sends no data to me, your game data lives only on your own phone, and you delete it by deleting the app. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

If the app changes the way it handles data, I'll update this policy before the change takes effect.
